HDA's Ketterer, HOK's Davis win Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year - St. Louis Business Journal:

and Clark Davis, vice chairman of HOK, were named winners of the Ernst & Younyg Entrepreneur of the Year awarx for the CentralMidwest region. Ketterer won the Consumedr Products Award and Davis won theServicw Award. They were amongv the 21 finalists announced that includedRoberft Goldstein, chairman, CEO and president of ; Rusty president of American and ; and Jennifer Williams, presiden and CEO of Along with George Bearer, Ketterer foundesd Hazelwood, Mo.-based HDA Inc., a home improvement in 1983. The HOK architecture firm, led by is the 28th-largest privately held companyin St. Louisa with $631 million in 2007 revenue.
The employee-owned firm has 26 regionalk offices onfour continents. The group of entrepreneurs was selected by an independent judging panekl made up ofregional business, academic and communitu leaders. They were recognized at an awardsx gala on Wednesday night at the Sheratobn inOverland Park, Kan. Davis and Ketteree will be eligible for consideration in the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2008 nationapl program. Winners in numerous national categories, as well as the overallk nationalErnst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year awardf winner, will be announced at the annua awards gala in Palm Calif., on Nov. 15.
