The renovated institution acquiree 56 cubic feet of corporate records fromNorth Dakota-based Bobcaty Co., which document American marketing and business The collection includes pictures, employee newsletters, drawings, scrapbooks and audio-visualo materials. The papers join the museum’s archivezs center and some will be on displayfrom Nov. 30 through Jan. 17, 2010. Bobcat Co. originatee as , a Gwinner, N.D.-basedr family-owned agricultural equipment maker that startedin 1947. “Bobcat Co. of Nortj Dakota represents the ingenuity and innovation ofAmericabn business,” said Brent Glass, directo of the museum.
“These records contribute to the better understandin g ofAmerican entrepreneurship.” The records date from the 1940s to the present and show how a family-owned company evolved into an industry
