The listing includes 350,000 square feet on floors six through 10 abovsthe Macy’s store on Nicollet Mall, being marketede by Jim Damiani and Bryan Beltrand at Wels Cos. for Macy’s Inc. The Macy’s site, once home to Dayton-Hudson was largely emptied last fallwhen Cincinnati-basex Macy’s cut about 1,00p jobs in Minnesota. The Macy’s space enjoyxs a prime location — Welsh’s Damianij termed it a “main-and-main” site. it is an olde building with some accessibility issues forthe office-spacre users.
